Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most products. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unused and in original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Important Note: Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Butterfly Training Knives (due to potential wear from practice use)
  • Any knife that shows signs of use, sharpening, or modification
  • Products without original packaging or tags

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your item:

  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll provide a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

If you need a different size, color, or product, we’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item. If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference; if it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
