Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Cost: $12.95
    • Estimated Delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping:
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Cost: Free for orders over $50
    • Estimated Delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Shipping times may vary depending on the destination. We do not ship to certain remote areas and parts of Asia.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of every knife we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our returns and exchanges policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most products. To be eligible, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • In its original condition
  • Unused and in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Important: Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Butterfly Training Knives (due to potential wear from practice use)
  • Any knife showing signs of use, sharpening, or modification
  • Products without original packaging or tags

Return Process

Follow these steps to return or exchange your item:

  2. Receive Authorization: We will provide a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
  • Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

If you need a different size, color, or product, we will process your exchange once we receive the original item. If the exchange item costs more, you will need to pay the difference; if it costs less, we will refund the difference.
